A New Ho-Chunk Art Installation at Badger by

When the Great Sauk State Trail was being built, the Ho-Chunk Nation made a very generous donation of $100,000 towards that project. River Arts Inc. issued a call for artists to create a public artwork that would recognize and honor that gift. With a committee of Ho-Chunk representatives, my submission of “Earth, Sky, Water” from Little Eagle Arts Foundation (LEAF) was selected.
